Welcome to Empower Online for Skills and Training

What do apprenticeships look like in 2020? As staff and learners begin to return their roles and reshape work based learning in the wake of unprecedented global change, how can the skills and training sector use these events as a catalyst for digital transformation and targeted growth?

These are the big questions that will be up for discussion at Empower Online. Featuring two half-days of live online events free to attend, we’ll be bringing together special guest speakers and live Q&A sessions from across the employer training landscape. Gain insight into what innovations and market tools can help you to thrive in an altered world -  from attracting and retaining apprentices, to managing student portfolios and communication better and online-first practices, through to using your software tools to do more. Plus, benefit from ‘access anything’ downloadable content to use and share. Join us to discover and shape the future of skills and training delivery.

Empower Online is your virtual and interactive Skills and Training event in lieu of our annual Empower Conference. Hear from leaders in field of training provision and funding, learn about the latest Tribal innovations and product development and network with your peers, just like you would at our face to face conference, but from the comfort and convenience of your office or home. Attendance is completely free of charge.

Empower Online is for anyone interested in our physical event but specifically those who use Maytas, Dynamics, or Engage in their roles. We welcome everyone from Heads of Apprenticeships and public authorities to small training providers, and all those running traineeships and ongoing learning programmes.

We’ll be diving into the big issues currently facing skills provision in the UK and looking at what learner experience is like right now. We’ll be talking innovation and digital transformation, as well as how to work closely with businesses to meet the challenges in the landscape. As always, we’ll be showing you what’s new in Maytas and beyond, as well as demonstrating great solutions to better serve learners and staff, with inspiring guidance on funding and processes to help you make the most of your Tribal tech.
