Empower Online is your virtual and interactive Further Education event in lieu of our annual Empower Conference. Hear from leaders in education, learn about the latest Tribal product developments and network with your peers, just like you would at our face to face conference, but from the comfort and convenience of your office or home. Attendance is completely free of charge.

Empower Online is for anyone interested in our physical event but specifically those who use ebs, Dynamics, or Engage in their roles. We welcome everyone from MIS staff; administrative teams; admissions, student recruitment and marketing right up to senior decision makers such as CIOs and College Principals.

We’ll be diving into the big issues currently facing FE and taking a look at what student experience might be like for our future learners. We’ll be talking innovation and digital transformation, as well as how to work closely with business to meet the challenges in the landscape. As always, we’ll be showing you what’s new in ebs and beyond, as well as bringing you solutions to better serve students and staff, with inspiring case studies from colleges making the most of their Tribal tech.

This demo will be useful for users who are looking to create analytical models that may indicate correlations between scenario’s and give an indication of possible causes. For example, when looking at enrolment withdrawal numbers, we can collect additional factors that may show reasons for the higher number of withdrawals in a given scenario i.e higher withdrawals in a department where they have further to travel to attend college. We will show you basic examples of where you can records this additional information, against the learners person record, and then how to get this data into the data connection in Pan Intelligence, where it can then be displayed in the PI analytic chart type.
