Call for proposals

The OBHE's 2017 Global Forum will reassess the potential of online and blended learning in higher education, to meet the needs of domestic and international students. Drawing on a unique series of country studies from around the world, this event is an opportunity to engage with the latest data, learn from experience, and consider new models and technologies.

We are looking for presentation and world cafe proposals that cover the following topics:

  • How is online learning used in your country or institution?
We are interested in fully online as well as blended learning, and everything from degrees to MOOCs.

  • Using online learning to tackle sector wide issues
Detail how you have used online learning to deal with key institution or sector issues such as widening access, cost control, quality enhancement and revenue generation.

  • Crossing borders with online learning
We are looking for case studies on how you have used online learning - whether fully or in part - to serve students across national borders.

  • New forms of online learning
Online learning is evolving all of the time and we are keen to hear how you have used novel online technologies, teaching and learning techniques or partnerships.

Please send us your proposal by 23rd June with a maximum 300 word summary. If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us.
